Peter is an experienced professional realtor that did much more for us than just list our homes on the MLS. He actively marketed our homes to other realtors who had clients looking to buy, as well as directly to individuals that were in the market. Peters marketing plan included high profile advertising, which included various newspaper ads, web based photo tours, and a professional architectural floor plan in addition to the MLS service. Peter worked very hard at getting other realtors and potential buyers to come out to see our home and was always working our Open House actively selling the features and benefits of our home to potential buyers. I was particularly impressed with his level of follow up after a potential buyer had viewed our home.
